Register for Direct Debit

In order to register for Unity e-Payment for receiving payments (Direct Debit) follow these simple steps:

Step 1 - Whether you are new to Unity e-Payment or a current BACS user wishing to transfer to Unity e-Payment you will need to complete a Unity e-Payment application form.

Step 2 - When you have completed and signed your application form in accordance with the bank mandate, please return the form together with the Indemnity and your proof Direct Debit Instruction to the Unity e-Payment team at Nine Brindleyplace, Birmingham, B1 2HB

Once your application has been processed we will issue emails to your authorised users assigning their Log-In ID and Intial Password for the Unity e-Payment and the BACS Payment Services websites.

Additional documentation will also be provided to assist you with your set up and how to use Unity e-Payment.
